Dear Mr. Simoneau:

As per your above stated permission, I'll be using your great Egyptian cubit image to illustrate a course on Metrology.
The course in question is free, so the work is non-commercial.
Due credit and a link to your blog will be provided.
Thanks!

We also would like to use your photo of the cubit in our training at Quametec Institute of Measurement Technology. http://quametec.com

We just happen to have replicas of the Egyptian Cubit. If you would like one, email me with your phone number and I will see what I can do to send one your way.

The replica is made of material that simulates black granite. I have one on my mantle along with a poster which contains the story of the cubit and a hieroglyph of "judgement day". (This comes with the cubit.)

Although using your picture saves me time and trouble. Thanks!

Sincerely,
James Jenkins

No, I wouldn't mind if you reprinted my cubit photo in your educational publication. I'm happy to see someone making use of it! I'd appreciate a photo credit (if there's room), a link (if it's online), and a copy (if it's printed), but don't let any of these stop you from using it.
